The day begins at 9:00 a.m. with the opening of the New Honey and Local Products Market, where visitors can browse stalls featuring freshly harvested honey, artisanal cheeses, preserves, wines and a wide range of regional specialities produced by local farmers and small businesses. At 10:30 a.m., the village square will host a series of public talks dedicated to the fascinating world of bees.
