The 8-kilometre Malgalonga route will take you on a stroll through the colours of the vineyards and the flavours of the wine cellars.

PROGRAMME:

Start: Start – Negrar Cherry Market

Snack of cold cuts from Salumificio Coati, accompanied by a glass of Valpolicella Classico

1st stop: Moron

Creamy polenta with pike, accompanied by a glass of organic ‘La Polda’ Rosé Spumante from the ‘Vigna ’800’ winery

Stage 2: Masua

Maccheroncini with farmyard ragù, accompanied by a glass of Valpolicella DOC Classico from the Zardo Winery

Stage 3: Via Case Quintarelli

Bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil from the Turri oil mill

Stage 4: Bessole, “Casotto del Binda”

Pasta and beans, accompanied by a fine glass of Valpolicella DOC Classico from the “DolceVera” Winery

Stage 5: San Vito di Negrar

Beef stew with carrots and peas, accompanied by a glass of Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Classico Superiore “Ripensia” from the “La Dama” Winery

Stage 6: Among the vine rows

Cheeses with local jam, accompanied by a glass of Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Classico from the “La Quena” winery

Stage 7 – Ca’ Salgari

Final stage: Negrar Cherry Market
