Imagine finding yourself in an autumn Sunday among the vineyards that are beginning to take on their characteristic yellow-orange colour with the warmth of a mid-October day.

Imagine being in some of the best wineries in Valpolicella, where the secrets for producing the excellent local red wines are carefully guarded.

And at the same time being surrounded by works of art as you taste a glass of Amarone or Recioto paired with the flavours of the territory.

This is the Val Polis Cellae, the flagship event organised by the Valpolicella Wine Route on Sunday 11 October from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and attended by both wine enthusiasts and the merely curious!

As is the case every year, specific routes are decided upon with which some of the best wineries in the area are associated, which will offer a tasting of their wines, an art exhibition with artists present on site, a guided tour of the winery and, in some cases, even a typical Veronese speciality.

The aim is in fact to keep alive the combination of art-gastronomy-wine-discovery of the territory and its products.

THE USE OF ONE'S OWN CAR IS NECESSARY TO MOVE BETWEEN THE WINE CELLARS.
