For all those who enjoy visiting places of worship, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo (1767) is the ideal destination, considered as one of the most significant examples of 18th century sacred architecture in Veneto.

Built in Romanesque style, it had a nave, two aisles and a west-facing tiered façade. The current Church of San Lorenzo on the other hand was built between 1753 and 1767 in Neoclassical style.

The church nave has recently been thoroughly cleaned and now houses the Museum of Work and Traditions along the Adige River, documenting the activities and customs of the past, when the river was a genuine source of work and wealth for many families. The history, economy and traditions of the river basin and its inhabitants are brought together in a fascinating journey through local crafts and activities in the home and at work.
